RBI (Records of Barangay Inhabitants) Online Registration is a facility where affiliated residents of a Barangay can self-register themselves online to update their Barangay inhabitants' records.

When the affiliated residents of a Barangay have done their online registration applications it will go through an approval process with the Barangay staff and officials.

The applicants will be notified through email if their registrations were denied or approved.

If their registrations were approved, they can sign up and sign in using the Barangay Integrated System (BIS) platform to access and start using the online services of their affiliated Barangay.
